We have 4 categories of commercial photography offerings for companies, which encompass headshots, office /business photo shoots, branding and product photography, event photography and corporate videos. No. 1, Company Headshot packages—
Our company photo shoots are designed to be done quickly and easily in the environs of your office, while still giving enough personal attention to get gorgeous best self images with confident, approachable and real expressions. Company headshot prices from $1,995.
PACKAGE 1 : THE ASSOCIATE - $1,995
INCLUDES UP TO 15. ADDITIONAL PERSONS, $99/EA
— 2-3 minute outdoor shoot.
— 10-20 images shot.
— 1 final edited image, photographer previews/selects.***
— Image in hi-res for printing and marketing pieces & web-res for LinkedIn & websites.
— Unrestricted use of headshots.
PACKAGE 2: THE BOSS - $1,995
INCLUDES UP TO 10. ADDITIONAL PERSONS, $149/EA
— 5-6 minute outdoor shoot.
— 40-50 images shot.
— 2 final edited images, photographer previews/selects.***
— Duplicates in black/white.
— Images in hi-res for printing & marketing pieces and web-res for LinkedIn & websites.
— Unrestricted use of headshots.
PACKAGE 3: THE EXECUTIVE - $1,995
INCLUDES UP TO 5. ADDITIONAL PERSONS, $249/EA
— 8-10 minute outdoor shoot.
— 70-90 images shot.
— 4 final edited images.
— Review included: You select your images alongside your photographer.
— Duplicates in black/white & our Glow Up portrait edit.
— Images in hi-res for printing & marketing pieces and web-res for LinkedIn & websites.
— Unrestricted use of headshots.

***—HEADSHOT SELECTION: If you’d like to review/select images alongside your photographer, you can do this immediately following your company’s session for a flat $295. Our realtors love this add-on! The client review is included in our top The Executive package.
—EDITING: See headshot editing examples here. Note, our signature Glow Up portrait edit is included in The Executive but may be added to Package 1 or 2 for a flat $295.
—GROUP HEADSHOTS: Do you have a company pup, or want a ‘group shot,’ no problem! Both are considered ‘one person’ for pricing.
—BUSINESS PHOTOS: Looking to spruce up your website or social media? Need products or real estate photos? Add on a corporate photo shoot from $1,500. See below.
—EVENT HEADSHOTS: Do you need a photographer to shoot headshots during your event? Our rate is $3,000 for 2.5 hours and can include headshots and candids.
No. 2, Professional Business / Commercial Photography for your company or brand—
This includes business images like your staff working, playing and brainstorming; product photos; company real estate including exteriors and interiors of your storefront or office; company signage; and whatever else you want to show off!
Business images like these are great for social media, marketing & advertising, company websites, and online storefronts. A variety of perspectives will be taken to allow for creative design and placement within your company imagery. We photograph humans, products, real estate and everything in between!

No. 4, Corporate Event Photography—
Conventions, company parties, meetings, grand openings, pop-ups and other events.
Event photography pricing in Philadelphia—
Corporate events with headshots during event — $3,000/ up to 2.5 hours.
Corporate events without headshots — $1,500/ up to 2.5 hours.
Additional time — $750/hour.
Corporate event videography — variable. Please inquire.

Small print— Nothing surprising, but since we like everyone to be on the same page, your commercial photography contract will also include these details.
Logistics & Details
Prices are for a custom location and one invoice. A grouping of people = 1 person for pricing purposes. Photographer previews and selects best image(s) for each person (unless selection session is included). Editing includes cropping, straightening, color tones, exposure, and sharpening and takes approximately two weeks after shoot. Inquire about discounted rates for new hires at our cafe shoots for similar look and feel of headshots. Prep recommendations will be sent after booking confirmed. Further discounts available for 50+ people.
Fine Print
Payment due in total prior to shoot. Photographer will not be confirmed until payment is received. Payment, less $500 nonrefundable, will be refunded up to 48 hours (2 days) prior if company cancels for any reason. If company cancels less than 48 hours prior then the original payment will not be reimbursed, but the amount, less $500, can be applied to a reschedule (i.e. $500 will be lost). If paying by credit card, a 3% processing fee will be added to your quote total. No penalty to the company for a ‘weather reschedule.’ Happy Hour Headshot Inc will not reimburse for ‘no shows.’ No refunds after the shoot. Company is responsible for individuals’ clothing/style choices. If extra people are photographed day of (if they can fit into the time scheduled), company will be responsible for additional payment prior to delivery of all final edited images.
